WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders. Due to COVID-19 we are not able to offer Expedited shipments at the check-out page because the couriers are not guarantee estimated delivery times. For more information please contact us at info@pocktusa.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control. After you purchased on our website, we usually dispatch the orders in 1 full business day (Except Friday afternoon). Domestic shipping takes an average of 4-7 business days to arrive. During sales, shipping may take 7-10 business days. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us via info@pocktusa.com.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we only take care of US orders. We are working on to expand International locations such as Europe, Middle Eastern Countries. We will gladly anounce when we are ready to ship internationaly.

COVID-19 SHIPMENT DELAYS

Due to COVID-19, please be aware that some shipments may experience shipping delays more than usual. To accommodate for these delays our lost package policy has been extended to 15 business days!

Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We’re always working hard for our quality control, but sometimes things might slip through the cracks. If something wrong with your product, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping*).

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact info@pocktusa.com as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. All items must be returned in the original condition and in the original POCKT packaging.

Remember, all our products come with a 1-year warranty, so if something isn't as it should be, be sure to let our support team know via info@pocktusa.com

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE THE ITEM?
We would like to help you process an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item will need to be returned to us in its original condition with packaging. Please reach out to info@pocktusa.com for help.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Just contact us, we would be happy to change or cancel your order right away, if order has not been shipped yet.
